摘要
采用差示扫描量热分析(DSC)和热重(TG)分析法,研究了含不同质量比硝酸镍/RDX混合物的热分解性能。通过Ozawa法和NL-INT法对4种不同混合物的表观活化能进行了计算。实验结果表明,随着硝酸镍含量的增加,混合物的热分解分成两个阶段,且吸热和放热量逐渐减小。4种混合物的表观活化能结果表明,随着硝酸镍含量的增加,分解活化能值逐渐减小,热稳定性逐渐变差。
Thermal decomposition effects of RDX mixed with nickel nitrate by different mass ratio were studied by DSC and TG analysis methods.The activation energies of the four explosive mixtures were calculated by Ozawa method and NL-INT method.The results show that with increasing of nickel nitrate content,thermal decomposition process of explosive mixtures can be divided into the two stages,and heat absorption and heat release decrease gradually.Thermolysis in each stage has non-linear relation to nickel nitrate content.The activation energies of the four explosive mixtures also decrease with increasing of nickel nitrate content.Furthermore,their thermal stabilities become worse and worse.
