摘要
农业科技创新和推广体系是决定农业科技发展、成果转化速度和效益的主要因素。分析了河北省农业科技创新和技术推广的现状,并提出了相应的对策。
The agriculture technology innovation and promotion system is a main decisive factor of the agriculture technology development,and speed and efficiency of achievement transferation.This paper presented the analysis of the status of agriculture technology innovation and promotion in Hebei province,and then gave some advices.
