摘要
张成秀老师擅长治疗妇科、儿科疾病,尤其对于继发性闭经有独到的见解。继发性闭经的发生与肝、脾、肾3脏关系最为密切,在临证时重视辨证,主张首辨虚实,认为虚者为肾虚血枯之经闭,实者为气滞血瘀之经闭,治疗时以虚者补之,实者通之为治疗原则。
ZHANG Cheng-xiu is good at women and pediatric diseases,especially secondary amenorrhea.The occurrence of secondary amenorrhea is closely linked with liver,spleen and kidney.He emphasized syndrome differentiation and treatment and identified sthenia syndrome and asthenia syndrome in the treatment of secondary amenorrhea.Deficiency of the kidney and blood depletion resulted in sthenia syndrome with the treatment of deficiency-syndrome by reinforcement;Qi depression to blood stasis resulted in asthenia with the treatment of discharging.
