摘要
由于排水泵存在轴向力大、寿命短的问题,针对DF155-67×7型主排水泵对平衡鼓结构进行了设计计算。通过现场校验与理论计算进行比较,表明该方法设计误差较小,且应用于王石凹煤矿取得良好效益。
Because of the problem of the drainage pump axial force and short life and for DF155-67×7 main drainage pump, the design and calculation of balancing drums＇ structure are made. Through onsite verification compared with the theoretical calculation,it shows that this method is correct, and achieves good efficiency applied in Wangshiwa colliery.
