摘要
大缸径液压立柱在进行2倍额定载荷试验过程中,外缸开裂,对外缸材料进行化学成分分析,力学性能分析,并通过裂口和金相组织等分析。结果表明:外缸材料的调质处理存在问题,外缸开裂的原因是材料热处理后没有获得正常的回火索氏体组织,使得缸筒在打压过程中,缸壁的环向应力超过了材料的屈服强度,外缸发生屈服变形,直致开裂。
When large-bore hydraulic pressure cylinder is tested under the rated load in two times, the outer cylinder is cracked. Through analyzing cylinder material including chemical composition, mechanical property, metallographic microstructure etc., it shows quenching problems of external cylinder materials. Beca use the outer cylinder material after heat treatment has not been to obtain normal tempered sorbitetissue, the hoop stress of the cylinder wall exceeds the yield strength of the material in the pressure process of the cylinder and the outer cylinder occurs yield deformation and even cracking.
