摘要
龙特浦糯质不育系wxA系发生无花粉型雄性不育突变,使龙特浦wxA繁殖群体出现B型可育株,影响龙特浦wxA系保纯繁殖。该文通过利用B型可育株与龙特浦wxA及龙特浦wxAm s(t)杂交,观察和分析F1及F2代的育性遗传。结果表明,龙特浦wxA中核突变基因m s(t)基因与野败型不育系自身的cm s系统构成两个雄性不育系统,当m s(t)以M s(t)m s(t)形式存在时,m s(t)上位于cm s系统,育性由M s(t)m s(t)决定。本研究合理解释龙特浦wxA繁殖群体出现B型株现象,为龙特浦wxA保纯繁殖B型株有效除杂提供理论指导,对丰富雄性不育遗传理论也具有一定的意义。
In this paper,B-type fertile plant,with the mutant gene ms(t) from LongtepuwxA line,which had made LongtepuwxA line contain B-type fertile plant during reproduction,used as the male parents to cross with LongtepuwxA and LongtepuwxAms,whose F1,F2 were investigated on fertility.the main results were submitted as fellows : two male sterility systems were made up of ms(t) gene and cms system,ms(t)gene was epistatical to cms system,that was the genetic development of ms(t)gene was superior to that of cms,which leaded the development of cms male sterility to be covered.this study had explained the nature that LongtepuwxA line occurred B-type fertile plant reasonably,contributing to guiding breeding practice and enriching the principles of male sterility.
