摘要
天然气作为汽车燃料能显著减少排放污染,并具有良好的经济性.但汽车使用天然气作燃料时,会导致发动机功率下降和严重的早期磨损.为适应发动机使用天然气的特点,专门研究了天然气内燃机润滑油,该润滑油经实验室性能评定、模拟试验、发动机台架试验和汽车道路对比试验,证明具有良好的抗磨性和抗腐蚀性,发动机大修期延长1/2以上,节约天然气耗量10%左右.
Natural gas as fuel of vehicles has the advantages of low pollutant emission, and good economic effect. However, natural gas can cause reduction of engine power, as well as corrosion and wear of engine components. In order to fit the characteristics of engine fueled with natural gas (NG), a special engine oil for NG fueled vehicles (NGVs) is developed. Results of physical - chemical property measurements, simulated tests, bench tests and road tests prove that this oil is of good lubricating, antiwear and anti - corrosion abilities. Compared with conventional engine oil, theis oil can prolong the lifetime of engine by more by more than SO percent, and reduce NG consumption by about 10 percent.
