大面积皮肤撕脱伤诊治体会 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨创面持续冲洗、负压封闭引流式(VSD)治疗技术对皮肤撕脱伤皮片原位回植治疗效果的影响。方法对2006年7月至2009年8月重庆市长安医院收治的皮肤撕脱伤35例。21例行创面持续冲洗、负压封闭引流(VSD)治疗结合中厚皮片原位回植修复术,其中19例患者经1次治疗后创面愈合;2例患者经过2次植皮治疗后创面愈合。14例行常规中厚皮片原位回植加压包扎,8例患者经1次治疗后创面愈合,6例患者经过2次植皮治疗后创面愈合。结果 VSD组较常规组在平均住院天数、植皮的愈合率、感染发生率及总费用有统计学意义。结论创面持续冲洗、负压封闭引流(VSD)结合中厚皮片原位回植能在Ⅰ期关闭创面的同时更好地进行创面引流,降低感染发生,促进皮瓣存活,肢体功能障碍残留小,是治疗大面积皮肤撕脱伤的较理想的方法之一,值得推广应用。
