摘要
目的探讨应用临床护理路径对肠造口患者实施健康教育的效果。方法将我院2008年6月-2010年9月间112例肠造口患者分为两组,每组各56例,观察组采用临床护理路径对患者及家属进行健康教育。对照组采用以往非系统的健康教育方法,实施健康教育后对两组患者进行健康知识及满意度调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果观察组在健康教育达标率及对护士服务满意度方面均高于对照组(p〈0.05)。结论临床护理路径为造口病人健康教育提供了更有效的指导,提高了教育效果,提高了病人满意度。
Objective To evaluate the clinical care path on colostomy patients the effect of health education. Method to our hospital in June 2008 -2010 112 cases between September eolostomy patients were divided into two groups, each group 56 cases of clinical nursing pathway group were observed on health education of patients and their families. Control group of non-system of the previous method of health education, health education for two groups of patients after the health knowledge and satisfaction storeys, and analysis of survey results. Result:The resuhs of the observation group and the compliance rate in the health education service satisfaction for nurses were higher (p〈0.05). Conclusions The clinical care path for the ostomy patient health education more effective, improve the effectiveness of education, improved patient satisfaction.
