摘要
目的：探讨降低产后出血发生率的可能性。方法：对我院产科近15年来产后出血进行回顾性分析。结果：产后出血发生率逐渐降低，产道损伤引起产后出血比例明显降低，胎盘因素引起产后出血比率明显增高。结论：做好孕产妇监测及计划生育，正确掌握剖宫产手术指征，可以有效降低产后出血发生率。
objective：To study the possibility of decreasing of postpartum haemorrhage.Methods We have made a retrospective analysis about postpartum haemorrhage of our hospital for nearly fifteen years.Result：The incidence of postpartum haemorrhage was decreasing,the rate of obstetrical tranmas which it caused postpartum haemorrhage,was obviously decreasing,but the rate of placental disordor was increasing .Conclusion：It is adviseed to improve pregnant monitoring and to advocate family planning,and to master the indication of cesarean section appropriatly can efficiently reduce the incidence of postpartum haemorrhage .
