摘要
目的：探讨昏迷病人的急诊抢救及护理要点。方法：采用回顾性分析法，以2007年1月-2010年9月期间在我院急诊科就诊的69例昏迷患者为研究对象，在对其急诊及住院期间的病历资料及护理记录，对原发病、抢救措施、治疗方案及最治疗结果进行统计分析。总结昏迷病人的抢救及护理方法，为以后的临床工作提供参考。结果：昏迷的原因化学物中毒（28．06％）、脑血管病（33．81％）、颅脑损伤（25．90％）和其他（12．23％）。结论：接诊昏迷患者，护理人员必须快速判断病情，做出及时的抢救措施，这对于提高提高急危重病人的抢救成功率具有重要意义。
Objective： Of coma patients and nursing of emergency rescue. Methods： A retrospective analysis, with the January 2007 -2010 during the period of September in the hospital emergency department treatment of 69 patients with coma were enrolled in the period of its emergency and inpatient medical records and nursing records, the primary disease, rescue measures, treatment options and the best treatment results were analyzed statistically. Summary rescue unconscious patients and nursing, the clinical work for the future reference.Results： Chemical poisoning causes coma （28.06%）, cerebrovascular disease （33.81%）, traumatic brain injury （25.90%） and others （12.23%）.Conclusion： Admissions coma patients, nurses must quickly determine the condition, make timely rescue measures, for improving the survival rate of critically ill patients to improve emergency is important.
