摘要
从工具设计和轧机调整参数的角度，探讨了改善毛管壁厚均匀性的行之有效的途径和方法。本文提出的方法不仅适合于普通曼氏穿孔机，同样也适合于狄舍尔穿孔机、菌式穿孔机以及现代ＶＩＰ。
Effective methods in aspects of tool design and adjusting parameters of the crossroll piercer are put forward for improving the wallthickness uniformity of the shell piercedMethods proposed in this paper are not only suitable for Mannessmann piercer but also for Diesher piercer, rotaryrolling piercer and modern VIP.
