摘要
外配燃料的计量和控制是烧结工艺燃料分加技术的关键。本系统采用先进的核辐射测量技术，对物料进行非接触式动态计量，实现了外配燃料根据混合料流量按给定比例自动配入。系统抗干扰性好，性能稳定可靠，能很好地应用于烧结混合料车间高粉尘、高湿度的工作环境。
The metering & control for coating fuel is the key problem of fuel divided adding technique in sinter process. The system adopts nuclear radiation measuring technique for notouching material metering. It adds automatically fuel at a given percent of the mix flow stably and is interfereresistant. It well suits to the bad conditions with high dust and high moisture in mixing spot.
