摘要
采用PIT方法制备银套带Bi(2223)多芯超导带。研究了带材的临界电流(Ic)和原始粉料、带材形变加工过程以及热处理工艺参数等关系。发现带材在2次热处理中间的加压形变过程对其超导性能有显著影响。采用逼近熔点热处理工艺,得到的多芯Bi(2223)/Ag超导带的临界电流密度Jc(77K,0T)>1×104A/cm2。
A Ag tube type multicore Bi(2223)/Ag superconducting tape was manufactured by PIT. The authors investigate the relationship of critical current ( I c) with marworking of primary powder material, tape material and thermal treatment parameters. It was found that the pressure deformation between 2 thermal treatment processes had dramatic effect on its superconductivity. The multicore Bi(2223)/Ag superconducting tape manufactured by using the approximating melting point thermal treatment technique had a critical current density, J c (77K, 0T) of above 1×10 4 A/cm 2。
