摘要
利用SEM,EPMA(WDS)观察分析了聚晶金刚石层中DD结合聚晶晶界结构、组成和性能,讨论了晶界金刚石微晶的形成机制,证明了聚晶金刚石层中存在DD结合的网络状结构,在此基础上提出了DD结合界面的2种生长模式重结晶金刚石搭接生长模式和原始金刚石接触面沉积生长模式。
The interficial structure, composition and properties of D D bonding polycrystallines in polycrystalline diamond layer were observed and analysed by the use of SEM and EPMA. The growth mechanism of microcrystallines of intercrystalline diamond is discussed. It has been proved that a D D boundin network structure occurs in the polycrystalline diamond. Based on this study, two grouth patterns of the D D bonding interfaces are developed, i.e. bridge growth of recrystalline diamond and epitaxial growth of surface of primary diamond.
