摘要
济钢焦化厂在环境保护工作中，对余热、废水、废渣、废气等进行综合治理和综合利用，使外排水量由２３０ｔ／ｈ减少到８０ｔ／ｈ，１９９７年“三废”综合利用利润达３１０万元。为综合利用各种资源，济钢焦化厂将设计增加ＣＯ２分解酚钠盐、干熄焦、Ａ·Ｓ煤气脱硫等项目。
The comprehensive administering and utilization of waste heat,waste water,industrial residue and waste gas are done in environmental protection work in the coking plant of Jinan iron and steel group,the draining water is decreased from 230t/h to 80t/h,and the profit of comprehensive utilization is up to 3.1 million yuan (RMB) in 1997.For active utilizing resources the coking plant of Jinan iron and steel group will develop some new subjects,for example decomposing sodium phenoxide used of CO2,dry quenching process and desulphurizing of AS gas,etc.
