EBT电炉出钢到LF精炼渣的研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 石横特钢厂为解决EBT电炉出钢到LF精炼钢水的脱硫问题,研制开发了一种精炼脱硫剂。该脱硫剂具备脱硫、预脱氧和保护钢液不被二次氧化的作用。在EBT电炉出钢混冲过程中该脱硫剂的平均脱硫率为38.8%,最高达到64.3%,LF精炼脱硫率达55.7%,有效地降低了LF的各种消耗。 For solving desulphurization problem from EBT electric arc furnace tapping to LF refining liquid steel,shiheng special steel works has developed a refining desulphurizer.This desulphurizer has the actions of desulphurizing,predeoxidising and no secondary oxidated for protecting liquid steel.In the process of EBT electric arc furnace tapping ,the mean desulphurizing ratio of this desulphurizer is 38.8%,highest value is up to 64.3%,and the LF refining desulphurizing ratio is up to 55.7%.
