摘要
莱钢特钢厂采用５０ｔＵＨＰ（ＥＢＴ）－５０ｔＬＦ精炼工艺生产轴承钢，质量指标符合ＹＢ９－６８标准，一次检验合格率１００％，钢中氧含量小于２．０×１０－３％，点状夹杂物出现率为０。结果分析证明，低碱度精炼渣可有效消除钢中点状夹杂物；碱度控制在２．０～２．５、渣量２％、钢中酸溶铝含量０．０２８％～０．０４０％、吹氩量６０００～８５００Ｌ／炉为最佳工艺参数。
