摘要
本研究采用凌文辁等编制的《职业价值观问卷》,对安徽地区师范类大学生的择业心理进行了调查研究。研究结果表明,安徽地区师范类大学生在择业倾向上存在性别和学科差异;大学生在选择职业时首先考虑发展因素,其次考虑保健因素,工作单位的性质和规模已不再是大学生择业的首选条件。
The article researches the psychology of choosing an occupation of teacher-training students in Anhui based on the ＂Work Values Questionnaire＂ compiled by Ling Wenquan. The result showed that there are gender and subject difference for the trend of choosing an occupation of teacher-training students. They firstly consider development factor, then consider hygiene factor in choosing careers. The nature and size of company are not preferred any more.
