摘要
由于房地产市场的重要性,需动态监测,以便做出预警。本文借鉴城市地价动态监测的技术体系的构建思路,提出了重庆市房价的动态监测体系建立的思路、技术方法,作用等,以期对房价监测与房地产市场的调控提供有益借鉴。
Due to the importance of the real estate market, dynamic monitoring, which will give a warning timely, is needed. This paper referenced the established ideas of urban land dynamic monitoring technical system, then put forward the dynamic price monitoring system＇s estab/ished ideas, technical methods, effect and so on. All of this are hoped to provide a useful reference to the price monitoring and regulation of the real estate market.
