摘要
目的:观察使用全矫配镜加遮盖疗法治疗屈光性弱视的疗效。方法:选取屈光不正性弱视患儿91例161眼,按年龄和弱视程度分组比较疗效。结果:3～5岁组治疗有效率及治愈率最高,6～8岁组,9～11岁组治疗效果最差。同时轻度弱视者治愈率及总有效率最高,中度次之,重度最低。结论:全矫配镜加遮盖疗法是治疗屈光性弱视简单有效的方法之一,年龄和弱视程度与疗效呈正相关。
Objective： To observe the effect of the treatment of ametropic amblyopia with complete-corrected glasses and eye-covering. Methods： 91 patients （totally 161 eyes） with ametropic amblyopia were enrolled and devided into several groups according to age or the degree of amblyopia. The effect of the treatment in different groups were compared. Results ： The effective rate of the cases age from 3to 5 was highest. Meanwhile, that of the cases with mild amblyopia was highet. Conclusions： Completely-corrected glasses combined with eye-covering is an effective method to treat ametropic amblyopia. The clinical efficiacy was related to the patients age and the amblyopic degree.
