摘要
研究了不同化学成分和热处理工艺对筛网用低碳硅—铌双相钢显微组织、力学性能及冷拔性能的影响。结果表明临界区淬火时得到的含5%~8%(体积分数)边界马氏体的盘条与双重淬火时得到的含14%~20%纤维状马氏体的盘条具有相同的强度和塑性;经300℃充分回火,可消除时效对性能的影响;拉拔率达90%以上,具有良好的成型性及耐磨性能;用该钢试制的筛网,寿命远高于低碳钢和高碳弹簧钢研制的筛网。
