高合金离心铸管的相鉴定

摘要 采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜、化学相分析等方法对ZG40Cr25Ni20(25-20合金)、ZG40Cr25Ni35NbW(25-35合金)和ZG45Cr28Ni48W5(28-48合金)离心铸管的组织进行了系统研究。结果表明,25-20合金的铸态组织为γ、γ+M7C3共晶和M23C6,经870℃×20h时效后M7C3转变为M23C6,晶内析出颗粒状M23C6;25-35合金铸态和982℃×20h时效后组织均为γ+M23C6+NbC;28-48合金铸态为γ和γ+M23C6共晶以及颗粒状M6C,982℃×20h时效后析出大量颗粒状和条状M23C6和M6C。 A systematic investigation has been carried out on the structure of centrifugally cast ZG40Cr25Ni20(2520),ZG40Cr25Ni35NbW(2535) and ZG45Cr28Ni48W5(2848) tubes with metalloscopy, SEM, TEM and chemical phase analysis etc It is shown that the cast structure of alloy 2520 consists of , eutectic carbide(+M7C3)and M23C6 and after 20hr ageing at 870 , M7C3 carbide transforms into M23C6, a large amount of M23C6 particle is precipitated within the grains For alloy 2535, the structure consists of ,M23C6 and NbC both as cast and through 20hr ageing at 982 For alloy 2848, the structure consists of , eutectic carbide(+M7C3) and M6C particulate carbide, through 20 hr ageing at 982 ,a large amount of particulate and strip carbide of M23C6 and M6C is precipitated
