摘要
协同生产是当代企业管理研究的重要领域。本文对协同生产的目标、管理思想、管理原理及管理方法作了较系统的探讨，为探索改善企业管理的现状提供了一种思路。
Synchronous manufacturing(SM)is a main research categories of current enterprise management.In this paper,the author gives a systematic study on the goal,the basic idea,principles and method of SM.And a new approach is presented to improve the current enterprise management.
