摘要
对施工企业工程项目部的党建工作进行了探讨,结合工程项目的管理特点,分析了加强工程项目部党建工作的重大意义,总结归纳了目前项目部党建工作存在的问题,针对性地提出了改进工程项目部党建工作的具体途径,以指导实践。
The paper explores the party construction for the engineering program department of construction enterprises, analyzes the important significance for improving the party construction of the engineering program department by combining with the characteristics of the management in engineering programs, sums up the problems in the party construction in current program department, and points out the factual channels for improving the party construction in engineering program departments, so as to direct the practice.
