摘要
资金支持对数字资源长期保存的可持续发展起到重大的作用。目前我国遇到的经济障碍主要有数字资源长期保存主体之间潜在利益关系的冲突、长期投入与短期收益的不平衡以及数字资源长期保存项目建设存在重复交叉问题等。我国应借鉴国外一些重要机构和项目的经验,建立起国家级合作保存网络,争取基金支持和国家政策保障,开发基于数字资源生命周期的成本管理模型,采取合适的技术手段,参与国际合作等,以合理利用资金,使数字资源长期保存形成稳步发展之势。
Financial support is very important to sustainable development of digital preservation. However, there are some obstacles in digital preservation, which refer to conflicts of potential interest among the subjects of digital preservation, imbalance between long-term investment and short-term gain, repeated and overlapping construction of digital preservation projects etc. In order to make optimal use of fund and form a trend of steady development in digital preservation, we must learn the referential experience of foreign digital preservation projects to get grants and policy guarantee, develop cost management model based on information lifecycle, take desirable technical means and take part in international cooperation etc.
