摘要
目的观察岩舒注射液与化、放疗联合应用治疗食管癌的疗效。方法 76例食管癌随机分为两组,观察组:岩舒注射液15mg静滴,与TP方案化疗同时应用,且与放疗同步使用;对照组:单纯化、放疗。结果观察组有效率为84%,对照组为60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);骨髓抑制率及放射性食管炎发生率观察组与对照组分别为21%、47%及26%、50%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论岩舒注射液与化、放疗联合使用治疗食管癌能减毒增效,提高人体免疫功能和生活质量。
Objective To research the effect of Yanshu injection for esophageal carcinoma treated by chemotherapy and radiotherapy.Methods The 76 patients with esophageal carcinoma were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group：Treated by Yanshu injection concurrent TP chemotherapy and radiotherapy.The control group：TP chemotherapy and radiotherapy alone.Results The overall response rate was 84% in the observation group and 60% in the control group respectively,the hematopoietic toxicity incidence was 21% and 47% respectively,the probability of acute radiation esophagitis was 26% and 50% respectively,the quality of life of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Yanshu injection combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy for esophageal carcinoma can reduce the toxicities,and increase the immune function and quality of life.
