摘要
传统Fenton法在处理印染类废水时,因亚铁盐及双氧水的昂贵价格而限制了其实际应用。出于工程应用的考虑,提出了以Fenton法为重心,结合其他污水处理方法的综合方法,从而在达到相同处理效果的同时尽可能降低治污成本。研究表明,通过Fenton、铁碳微电解和中和沉淀吸附等方法的综合运用和优化组合,废水色度降至10倍以下,COD降至300 mg/L以下,去除率达到98%以上,pH调节为7,达到排放标准。
The high prices of ferrous salts and hydrogen peroxide have limited the universality of application of traditional Fenton reaction in treating printing and dyeing wastewater.From the perspective of engineering application and based on Fenton reaction which was integrated with other wastewater treatment methods,how to achieve the same effect as the performance cost shrank as possible was studied.Results showed that the chroma was below 10 times,COD was below 300 mg/L with removal rate over 98%,pH value 7 and all of these indicators achieved the emission standards after the comprehensive application and optimized combination of iron and carbon micro-electrolytic route,Fenton reaction and neutralization adsorption.
