摘要
分析了非对称截面特殊型钢轧制的特点:轴向力大,换辊频繁,表面精度要求高;为此,必须对轧机辊系轴承结构进行合理选择.在介绍的多种复合轴承结构中,选择了推力滚子轴承和调心滚子轴承的复合结构,用于为美国麦克唐纳钢铁公司改造设计的特殊型钢生产线中,取得了成功。
The characteristics of rolling unsymmetrical section special shape, such as large axial force, high frequency changing roll and high precision surface, are analyzed. So the bearing arrangement must be reasonably chosen.The arrangement of thrust and spherical roller bearing is chosen in many composite ones and is used in the special shape production line which was designed and reformed for McDonald Iron and Steel Co. in U.S.A.. The application is successful.
