摘要
微张力控制是基于在轧制过程中利用软件自动检测、分析轧机转矩变化及计算轧机间张力,适时修正以实现轧机间张力控制最佳化.介绍了微张力控制的意义、原理、程序流程、特点及适用范围.
Low-tension control is based on automatic detecting and analyzing the variation of torque of the mills, calculating the tension between mills and modifying the relation of cascade speed of mills in time. So the tension can be controlled in optimized state. This paper introduced the significance, theory, program,characteristics and application scope of low-tension control.
