摘要
运用金相、扫描电镜能谱微区分析、X-射线衍射等技术,对Pd-Cr合金的加工工艺、性能、结构进行研究,通过快冷成型工艺,获得了结晶状态和加工性能良好的合金铸锭。同时,通过表面分析技术,对合金的氧化机理进行了探讨。由中国昆明贵金属所提供丝材,美国宇航局刘易斯研究中心研制的800℃温度补偿应变计,在世界同类产品中为姣姣者。
The processing procedure,property and structure of palladium-chromium alloys have been studied by using metallograph,SEM micrograph and EDAX spectrum,X-ray diffraction.With rapid cooling formation technic,we obtained alloy ingot of excellent crystallization and workableness;at the same time,we also studied the oxidation mechanism of the alloys through surface analysis.The compensated strain gauge used at 800℃ temperature of which the wires are provided by IPM and the gauge produced by NASA Lewis Research Center,is the best among the similar products in the world.
