摘要
高校外事工作是教育走向世界、与国际接轨的桥梁和纽带,是教育对外合作与交流的主渠道。新形势下,高校外事工作必须更新观念,加大投入,建立宏观调控的管理机制,加强国际间的双向交流,积极引进国外人才,建设高素质外事队伍,实现高校外事工作的科学发展。
Foreign affairs of higher education is the bridge and bond that education goes towards the world to be geared to the international standards.It＇s the main channel to get foreign cooperation and communication.In order to adapt to the new situation,we must renew the ideas,increase the inputs and establish the macro-control management mechanism in foreign affairs of higher education.We must promote international two-way communication,actively introduce foreign talents and build a high-quality foreign affairs faculty to realize the scientific development of foreign affairs of higher education.
