摘要
高职院校服务社会应满足社会经济发展的技术需求,满足教育服务社会经济发展的高职教育办学要求。建立政府主导、行业指导、院校合作、校企一体、工学结合等多元服务社会的体制与机制。高职院校服务社会的框架构建应从建立健全组织机构,深化政校企合作,积极开展人才培养与科技服务,深化国内外校际合作,积极推进东西部高职合作办学,拓展国际教育市场等方面展开。高职院校服务社会措施应从树立办学理念、建立运行机制与不断提升高职院校服务社会的能力等方面入手。
Higher vocational college serve the community is to meet the technology and higher vocational college-running requirements of social economic development. It requires establishment of multiple social service system and mechanism,which combined with government-led,industry guidance,academic cooperation,college and enterprise integration and work-study combination. The framework constructing should unfold from establishing and improving the organization,intensifying cooperation between authorities,college and enterprises,actively carrying out talent-training and technologic services,strengthening international and domestic inter-school cooperation,zealously advancing higher vocational college-running cooperation between West and East China,expanding international education market and so on. Higher vocational colleges serve the community should start from establishing college-running philosophy,founding the operating mechanisms and continuously upgrading the capacity of services and other aspects.
