摘要
尼日利亚石油资源丰富,是非洲最重要的石油生产和出口地区,也是中国未来主要的能源合作伙伴。目前中尼石油合作尚处起步阶段,有广阔的发展前景。但尼日利亚动荡的社会环境、单一的经济结构、西方国家的责难,以及中国石油公司自身的缺陷也使合作面临严峻的挑战。对中尼石油合作的现状、存在的问题进行系统分析,并提出相应的对策建议,有助于推进中尼关系全面、深入的发展,维护中国在非洲的石油利益。
Nigeria is abundant in oil resources.It is not only the most important oil production and export region in Africa,but also a major energy partner for China in the future.Although oil cooperation between China and Nigeria is presently in its initial stage,its prospects are indeed very bright.However,the oil cooperation between China and Nigeria is facing a lot of challenges including turbulent social environment and single-product economy with Nigeria,calumniation from Western countries and defects with Chinese oil companies＇.It is helpful to systematically analyze the current situation as well as problems of the bilateral oil cooperation and present strategies to further develop China-Nigeria relations and protect Chinese oil interest in Africa.
