摘要
在电刷镀过程中引入机械研磨,形成复合作用下的电化学沉积镀层。相对于常规电刷镀工艺进行的对比性试验表明:复合方式对改善电刷镀层的孔隙率、表面粗糙度及镀层内部的应力状态都有明显的效果。
Abstract When mechanical lapping is introduced into the process of brush
electroplationg,an eletrical chemical depositing layer is formed by their complex actions.The
results of the comparative experiments indicate that the rate of hole and the surface roughness of
the electroplating layer,and the stress condition in the layer are improved obviously by the
complex process.
