摘要
目的探讨卡孕栓配伍笑气吸入使用于绝经后IUD取出的临床效果。方法对90例成功取环的绝经妇女分为3组,A组取环前30 min将卡孕栓1枚(PG05 1 mg)置阴道后穹隆处,并配伍笑气吸入,直到手术结束;B组取环前30 min单纯将卡孕栓1枚(PG05 1 mg)置阴道后穹隆处后手术;C组常规消毒后手术,并比较其手术效果。结果 A组疗效最佳,B组次之。结论卡孕栓配伍笑气吸入用于绝经后妇女取环术镇静效果好,手术时间短,成功率高,是比较理想容易接受的方法。
Objective To research the effect of nitrous oxide inhalation and Carboprost on postmenopausal IUD remove.Method 90 patients were divided into 3 groups.A group would were treated with Carboprost 1（PG05 1 mg） 30min before operation and combined with nitrous oxide.B group were treated with Carboprost 1（PG05 1 mg） 30min before operation.C group were treated with routine operation.Results A group got the best effect,followed by B group.Conclusion It is effective to remove postmenopausal IUD with nitrous oxide and Carboprost.
