摘要
针对大学实验资源管理粗放、效益低下等实际问题,总结了目前评价面临的两个主要困难,提出了以基本效能、教学效益和社会服务效益等为主要内容的效益评价框架,并在此基础上构建出一套高等学校实验资源效益核心评价指标体系。
In view of the slackness and lower-efficiency of laboratory resource management,two main difficulties facing the evaluation at present are summarized,together with the suggestion of the efficiency assessment framework that takes the basic efficiency,the teaching benefits and the performance of social service as the main content.Then a set of key evaluation index system about laboratory resources efficiency is constructed based on the above discussion.
