摘要
国防教育是国防建设和国民教育的重要组成部分。实现普通高校国防教育"常态化"是贯彻落实国防教育基本方针的具体体现,是实现培养高素质国防人才的基本要求和重要保证。实现普通高校国防教育"常态化"面临诸多问题,需要从观念、立法、机构、人员、内容以及经费保障等方面予以完善。
The education of national defense is an important component of national defense and national education.The education of national defense in local colleges and universities should be on the way of normalization.Realizing the normalization of the education of national defense in local colleges and universities is a basic requirement and important guarantee for cultivating the qualified talents for national defense.In order to realizing the normalization of the education of national defense,we need to solve some problems from aspects such as concepts,legislation,agency,personnel,training program and expenditure.
