摘要
论述了基于工业PC机(IPC)的一种高精度土壤蒸渗仪测控系统的设计。介绍了蒸渗仪新型秤重机构的测量原理和测控系统的功能。利用分级测量原理,通过高精度位移传感器间接测定土体中水量的方法,使系统在水量变化为2t的检测范围内,水量变化的分辨率达±60g,土壤含水量测量精度达2%。实现了在限定三维边界条件下测量渗漏量和蒸发蒸腾量的同时测定土壤水分分布的目标。
This paper mainly deals with the design of a new weighing type of measuring and controlling system by Lysimeter with high precision based on industrial personal computer(IPC). Also, it describes the measuring principle and functions of measuring and controlling system weighing mechanism of the new type of lysimeter. Using the theorem of measuring in grades makes the differentiation rate of water variation in the system reach ±60 g within the detective range of 2 tons of water in its variations by the method of high pricion displacement sensor to measure water in soil body indirectly. The measuring accuracy of soil water content reaches 2%, thereby achieving the objective of soil water distribution in the simultaneous measurement of infiltration and evaportranspiration under the limited 3 D border conditions.
