摘要
提出一种切削-挤压成形法加工功能表面的复合成形工艺。该技术把切削和挤压加工方法有效地结合起来,使传统加工中的切屑变成功能表面的一部分。结合热交换器翅片结构,对成形机理进行了研究,给出了翅片结构参数的计算公式,并对影响成形过程和结构参数的因素进行了分析。通过实验获得了与理论分析相一致的结论,证明该方法是功能表面加工的一种有效的方法。
A compound shaping new technique of function faces with cutting and press is suggested in this paper. This technique can effectively combine metal cutting with press shaping so as to make the chip in general cutting become a part of function face. The mechanism of cutting press compound shaping is studied in combination with the structure of heat exchanger, rib pin cooling pipes, thereby giving out the calculation formulas of rib pin structure. Meanwhile, the factors affecting the shaping process and structure parameters are analysed. The conclusions obtained through experiments are found to be in agreement with theoretical analysis. Therefore, it has been proved that this technique is a very effective method for function faces shaping.
