摘要
民国成立后,廖仲恺历任广东军政府、护法军政府、广东省政府、大元帅府、国民政府财政要职,致力于统一财政、整顿财税,开启了南方政府和以后南京国民政府的基本制度,推动了中国财政建设的近代化进程。
After Republic of China was established,Liao Zhongkai successively took the key financial positions in the Guangdong Military Government,the Military Government protecting the Constitution,Guangdong Provincial Government,the Generalissimo Mansion, and the National Government.He committed himself to uniform the financial regulations,reorganized the monetary and tax system and started the basic policy for the South Government and later Nanjing National Government.It promoted the modernization of China＇s financial construction.
