链轮受力的三维光弹试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 用三维光弹实验法对链轮齿的受力进行三维应力分析。确定了链轮齿应力场分布规律及轮齿的最大应力,找出轮齿的危险区域。最后提出改进措施。 In this paper, based on the method of three dimensional photoelastic test, three dimensional stress of sprocket is analyzed. Further, the distribution law of stress field and the biggest stress with sprocket is obtained, the danger zone of sprocket tooth is fined. Finally, the develop measure is advanced.
