摘要 据国际糖尿病联盟估计，目前全球约有2．5亿例糖尿病患者，预计未来20年内将再增长1．3亿。随着肥胖在全球儿童中蔓延，儿童2型糖尿病（T2DM）的患病率也逐年增加，现在较过去30年增加了2～3倍，其势头已超越了儿童1型糖尿病（T1DM）。T2DM发病年龄提前可使青壮年发生心脑血管病的危险性增加，与TIDM相比，
