摘要
对镰孢菌属Q7-31菌株所产木聚糖酶的粗酶液和部分纯化后的酶液进行了酶学性质比较试验。其粗酶液的最适反应pH为6.0,温度50℃;稳定范围:pH6.0,温度30℃。粗酶液经部分纯化后酶液的最适反应pH5.0~6.0,温度为40~50℃;稳定范围:pH5.0~6.0,温度30~40℃。纯化后酶液的酶学性质明显优于粗酶液。
Partially purified xylanase from Fusarium sp Q7-31 was compared with the crude extracted enzyme.The optimum pH and temperature for the crude enzyme activity was 6.0 and 50℃;It was stable in the pH range 6.0 and 30℃.For the partially purified enzyme,the optimum pH was between 5.0 to 6.0,and temperature varied from 40 to 60℃.The properities of partially purified xylanase were superior than that of the crude enzxyme in the condition of pH 5.0~6.0 and temperature 30~40℃.
