摘要
从文献史视角和系统论思想认识当前的学术失范现象,试图把握问题本质和发展走向;认为当前学界学术失范产生的原因和表现形式在本质上具有历史的内在统一性;要遏制学术失范,必须加快整个社会法治化进程,加强政府信用体系建设,改革现行学术评价体系,改革政府对教学科研机构的管理方式,加大对学术失范的惩处力度,使学术研究回归本位。
We could be in a better position to grasp the essence and the development tendency of the problem of current academic anomie phenomenon if we examine the problem from the perspectives of the documentation history and the thinking of the systems theory.The reason to cause the current academic anomie and its expression form has,in essence,its historic internal unitarity.To deter academic anomie,it is necessary to speed up the process of building a society on a legal basis,to enhance the government credit system,to reform the systems of academic evaluation and the mode for managing teaching and research institutions,to strengthen the force to punish those who are academically corrupted,and make academic research return to the standard required.
