摘要
综述了近几十年来各国对颗粒增强铝基复合材料(PRA)干滑动磨擦性能的研究成果,对影响PRA耐磨性能的因素进行了分析和总结。在铝及其合金中添加硬质陶瓷颗粒可明显提高材料的抗磨损性能,但在一定条件下,随着环境、机理的变化,PRA的磨损性能接近甚至低于基体合金。同一参数对PRA磨损性能的影响在不同文献中有不同的结论,这说明影响PRA磨损性能的众多因素间是相互联系、共同起作用的,不能孤立地研究某一个因素,为了寻找PRA———金属磨擦体系的最佳条件选配,必须综合考虑各种因素。
The achievements about the dry wear performance of particle reinforced aluminum (PRA) for last years were reviewed, and the effect of the different tribological parameters on the wear performance of PRAs were analyzed. In general aluminum or alloys mixed with hard ceramic particles can improve obviously the wear resistance. However, under particular conditions, the wear performance of the PRA is similar to or lower than its matrix alloy. Furthermore, conflicting results regarding the effect of the tribological parameters on the wear performance of PRAs were noted. It is shown that these parameters are releted and affected each other, and considering a parameter independently will result in wrong. In order to achieve the optimization of PRA metal couples all kinds of the parameters must be considered simultaneously.
