摘要
研究了热处理工艺对贮氢合金活化性能、初始放电容量、稳定放电容量、电压平台及循环寿命等电化学性能的影响,并确定了合适的热处理工艺。不同热处理工艺对合金的活化性能有较大的影响,合金经过热处理后,其稳定放电容量及循环寿命均有所提高,尤其是在240个周期循环后,热处理后的贮氢合金,其循环寿命明显高于未作热处理的合金。热处理工艺对合金电极的电压平台特性有一定的影响,但影响不大。
The effects of heat treatment on the properties of hydrogen storage alloy, such as activities, initial capacity, stability capacity, voltage plateau and cycle life etc. were investigated. And the appropriate heat treatment technology was established. The results show that the different heat treatment technology have noticeable effects on the activity of hydrogen storage alloy, the stability capacity and cycle life of hydrogen storage alloy were improved after heat treatment, especially after 240 cycle times. In addition, the heat treatment has little effects on the voltage plateau of hydrogen storage alloy electrode.
