摘要 目的:检测Toll样受体-9(TLR9)与核因子α-κB(NF-κB)在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lungcancer,NSCLC)组织和正常肺组织中的表达情况,探讨其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测TLR9与NF-κB在49例NSCLC组织和20例癌旁正常肺组织中的表达,分析TLR9和NF-κB与NSCLC病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移等的相关性以及TLR9和NF-κB之间的相关性。结果:TLR9和NF-κB在NSCLC组织中的表达阳性率分别为85.7%和69.4%,均显著高于正常肺组织中的20%和10%(P<0.05),TLR9和NF-κB的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。同时还发现NF-κB在腺癌中的表达明显高于鳞癌(P<0.05)。结论:TLR9与NF-κB可能在NSCLC的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of Toll-like receptor 9(TLR9) and nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) in human normal lung tissues and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues, and to explore their clinical significance. Methods The immunohistochemical SP method was used to examine the protein expressions of TLR9 and NF-κB in 49 cases of NSCLC and 20 cases of paracaucerous normal lung tissues. Their correlations with pathological grades, clinical stage, and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC were statistically analyzed. Results The positive rates of TLR9 and NF-κB protein in NSCLC tissues were significantly higher than normal control (85.7% vs 20% and 69.4% vs 10%,P 〈 0.05). The expression of TLR9 was positively correlated with the expression of NF-κB (P 〈 0.05). The expression of NF-κB in adenocarcinoma was stronger than those in squamous cell carcinoma (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions TLR9 and NF-κB may play an important role in the progression and development of NSCLC. [κey words]
