摘要
目的探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术(Transumbilical Single-Port Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy,TUSPLC)的可行性及应用价值。方法回顾性分析18例经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除患者的临床资料。结果手术时间39～130 min,平均52min,术中出血10～15 ml,平均11 ml。无胆漏、出血、切口感染等并发症发生。术后随访2周～3月,患者无腹痛、发热及黄疸,脐部疤痕隐蔽,不明显。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除(TUSPLC)安全有效,更具微创性,美容效果好;但操作困难,有条件的医院可以开展并逐步推广。
Objective To explore the feasiblity and value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy through a transumbilical single incision.Methods The clinical data of 18 patients receiving single port umbilical laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results The operative time was 52 min（39～130 min）.The mean intraoperative blood loss was 11 ml（10～15 ml）.No complications,such as biliary leakage,hemorrhage,infection of incisional wound happened.These patients didn′t suffer abdominal pain,fever or jaundice during 2 weeks～3 months follow up after operation.Umbilical scar wasn′t obvious.Conclusions The single umbilical port laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and feasible.It can bring better cosmetic and less trauma.It is difficult to perform,so it can be applied in hospital with related conditions and popularized gradually.
