摘要
风险排名在食品风险评估中具有指导决策的重要作用,文中综述了发达国家进行风险排名的几种方法模型并分析了其优缺点。主要探究的模型有CM模型、电子数据表排名模型、FIRRM框架、IFT框架标准。
Risk ranking which could guide to achieve the most appropriate targets for risk managemen is important in the food risk assessment. This review focused on the several models and their differences, CM model, spreadsheet ranking model, Framework of FIRRM, and a semi - quantitative risk - ranking prototype of IFT.
